Our stay at the Island Garden Hotel was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant and pool were a great addition. Our room was quite small and basic but still nice to say the least.

The staff were very nice, but they didn’t tell me I had to pay a cash deposit till I got there, had to walk down the street to an atm in the dark, the sheets on the bed weren’t really fitted sheets, did not feel the safest there. Was good walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and bars.

Hotel needs improvement, no amenities in the room, no hangers, no coffee maker, you need to walk 1/2 mile to the nearest Starbucks, the closest beach is within walking distance as well but no chairs or umbrellas for rentals, no food kiosks either.
