Mikah was the best host/driver/tour guide EVER! If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have had the incredible experience we did. As far as the room, it was just okay. A little far from town, our A/C broke at one point & they were doing construction outside most of the time.

Micah, is all business and he managed time very well. The cleanliness was good, housekeeping forgot to wash a spoon in the kitchen sink; also, the TV in the kitchen didn't have any service, but the TV inside the bedroom worked perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and when visiting the island, B.A.T.A.S will be considered again. Make sure if you choose their suites, book your flight to land no earlier than 2 pm, so you don't have to wait long, when it's busy. They provide transportation to and from the airport. My phone had died and I needed a charger, the staff allowed me to use his until Micah was able to take me to get one. Very friendly staff all around. Thanks Micah and God bless,you!

Spotless. Courteous. Only stayed one night on the way to another island but no complaints. Ps, if you're calling for a ride from the airport and they do not answer, wait 15 to 30 minutes and call again. They do not pick up the phone while driving and we were a little impatient and ended up paying for a taxi unnecessarily.

Staff were excellent- very glad to have the pick up and drop off to LPIA. Security measures in place including locked gate and door keypads. The suite was clean and convenient with lots of purchasable food and beverages and a very comfortable bed. Grounds were lovely. A great place to stay in Nassau

Excellent and too short a stay. Micah is a charming host and promptly picked me up at the airport. He has excellent French and Italian accents. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Checking in and out was fast. I will definitely book this hotel again when i return to Nassau
