Bedroom 1 on the first floor holds 6 single beds, ideal for kids, teens, or a group that wants rooms close together while the grown-ups spread out above.



A queen bedroom on the second floor and a king bedroom plus a double-bed bedroom on the third floor round out the sleeping setup, giving multiple families or a bridal party each their own corner. Downstairs, the open kitchen and living area is where everyone actually gathers, with a magenta-walled island for cooking together and a glowing 'HOWDY HOWDY HOWDY' neon sign over the blue sofa and green loveseat.
