I picked this hotel for the airport shuttle. I was unable to get through on the phone for a shuttle pickup. When I finally got to the hotel, I realized it was because the front desk staff was sitting outside, smoking and talking on their cell phone. I waited 5 minutes for her to come inside to check me in. The next morning the front desk staff was the complete opposite, friendly and went out of their way to help me and other guests.

Good thins : it is really close the airport. Breakfast small but really and actually what you need. Great. Parking lot great. Small things not good: we had not so clean floor. Bathroom I am with my wife but we had one body towel left for us. In shower area in tub sitting chair was broken , I didn’t need it but they tried to fix but didn’t done well. If there was elderly person yesterday we’re leaving this place to hospital maybe broken bones. Anyway all in all nice and hope you all take care this small things . As they say small things is small but disgusting . This almost 18 min to 12.th street. About 13 min to opry mills mall. 23 min to broadway street.

I had one of the worst experiences in my life with this hotel. I paid the king room for my husband and me since April 10 to stay 3 nights in June 18. When we arrived there at 8 pm the lady in the front end said the room was not ready, so according to her that day they didn’t have enough people. ?????? Also, she said they didn’t have king room, only queen. And she said if we are not agree, we can go to other hotel. This was absolutely incredible!!!!!!! Of course, we canceled this room and we went to other hotel after 9 pm. Additionally, I have to wait one week to recovery my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!!

My three-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Airport was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I've had, marked by privacy violations, missing property, and indifferent management. The housekeeping failures were constant. My room was skipped on the first day despite the maid cleaning adjacent rooms. When I confronted her, she said rooms are only cleaned upon checkout — an unacceptable policy for multi-night guests. General Manager La Toya Needles later defended this, claiming it was posted on a mirror sign and that her "expectation is that guests staying at her hotel do read all signs." Apparently, the fine print now lives on vanity mirrors and guests are to comply with Ms. Needle's expectations as if she was our boss. The worst came the night before checkout, when the maid went through my personal belongings without consent — stuffing my laundry, clean clothes, medications, and Kindle into a supermarket bag and removing them. A $30 gift also went missing, confirmed by another maid. When I brought this to Ms. Needles, she refused any reimbursement, redirecting me to Expedia since that's how I booked — a dismissive deflection that shows unwillingness to repair damage caused by her hotel staff as easily as taking $30 out of the hotel's petty cash Throughout all of this, neither the front desk nor Ms. Needles showed a shred of empathy or genuine desire to help. Guests deserve privacy, cleanliness, and accountability. This property offered none. I will not return.

Shuttle van driver Shane was excellent. He was friendly, interesting, and informative. They offer drop off at non airport locations. We were able to use the shuttle instead of using a ride share. Housekeeping never came to change towels. Desk people were able to provide them. Room phone does work.

Maids believed I had checked out and tossed half of my belongings in tied up supermarket bags mixing dirty clothes with clean clothes while leaving half of my luggage still in my room. Per the testimony of one of the maids, one of her peers took with herself an item I had purchased as a gift, but the day I was truly checking out was her day off and no one could find the item (which was identified by the other maid with a picture I showed her). The hotel manager refused to reimburse me for the item telling me I had to be refunded by Expedia because so did reserve through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Why didn’t she just took $30 out of the hotel petty cash or offered to repurchase the item and ship it to my home instead of involving Expedia to solve a problem the hotel itself caused, not to mention the inconvenience they caused by taking my belongings out of my room? Very unhappy with the hotel manager poor customer care. Won’t ever return to that hotel.
