My family had a quick stopover in Nashville but wanted to be close to downtown to see some sights before heading off to other destinations. This property was as described and had plenty of beds for a family. Location was 10 mins from downtown tourist areas. Perfect place for our stay.

This house was perfect for 4 couple’s get away weekend. The location is great for walking to 12 Ave S shopping & a quick Uber ride from Broadway. The house was clean & comfortable. Lynda was super responsive & helpful. We had a great stay- we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Spacious house, lovely neighborhood!

The house is exactly as pictured; there is ample sleeping space, clean and large bathrooms, and a nice kitchen and living area. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, but relatively hilly so may difficult for some individuals to traverse on foot. Overall, we loved our stay!

Great house w ample room for a big group. Would stay again. There were major storms when we were there and list power which caused some issues w the hot water heater but worked w property manager to fix. Great comms. Good location w plenty of food nearby. Area seemed safe. Would stay again.
