The location is great, and it's within walking distance of restaurants and stores. My wife and I, along with two of our friends, stayed during a trip to Nashville, and the location made it easy and affordable to get to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and House of Cards. The bungalow is small, but it's nice, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. It looked just as advertised, which was a plus. The beds in two of the rooms were a little firm but manageable. The patio area was nice, and we loved the hot tub. Our only negative was that the hot water didn't last long enough for the four of us to take showers back-to-back. We had to wait in between to let the water reheat. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Clean townhouse with nice backyard for dogs! It's very spacious and kitchen was very well stocked, much more than other properties we stayed at in the past. Host is very communicative and helpful. The area is close to many places like small music venues, coffee shops and restaurants - easy to walk to.
