Location was perfect for the places we wanted to go. Easy walking even with small kids. Very spacious. Great amenities.Would consider replacing rug under kitchen table. Design makes it very hard to move chairs in and out. Outside of that everything was excellent

The location is wonderful! It's a short drive or a decent walk to downtown. It's so close to all the action but still feels peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the balcony, looking at all the turtles sunbathing on the logs below, made us feel close to nature during our downtime. It was plenty of room for our family of five, and we appreciated that there were plenty of towels, bedding, and toiletries. The place was so clean, and we always felt safe. The decorations inspired me, and I've already found some of the wallpaper online to order for one of my properties. I've recommended this place to family, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great condo for visiting downtown Nashville, great view of river, does have some train noise, inside is very open and well maintained and clean. we walked to Broadway during daylight and Uber back at night. Plenty of parking and felt safe.

We weren’t comfortable walking to Broadway from here because there was a large homeless population right down the street near the river. However, uber was cheap and fast from the condo. Parking was confusing as there are two garages. Also, we weren’t prepared to park in a compact car spot. We were in a Telluride, so we had to use another spot and hope we wouldn’t be penalized. We found dirty underwear and a condom wrapper under the bed in the guest bedroom. I’m assuming this wasn’t the owner’s fault, and the cleaning crew missed it. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice property despite the parking and cleaning issue in the bunk room.

Very dirty

The apartment was clearly not cleaned in between guests— the dishwasher smelled awful and had debris in the bottom, dishes in the cabinet were dirty with a yellow substance, there was dust and what looked like mold in the shower. We told the host about the dishwasher in hopes of getting it fixed, and they then entered the apartment when we were not present after explicitly asking them to wait until we were home. The customer service rep was extremely unhelpful and probably not a human, they just kept responding with very generic answers and seemed to be disregarding all of our messages.

It was fun! Very clean place and the view from the balcony is so pretty!! Loved watching the train pass by and there is even an eagle nest at the top of the bridge!! Also loved the neon sign makes for the cutest photos!! Not a super far walk to downtown either! 10/10 recommend!

It was perfect for our stay! Clean and had a beautiful view! The only thing that was not perfect was how clearly you could hear your up stairs neighbors walking and talking. They got a little loud before the sun came up. But the property was great! Very secure!

Worst beds in the history of vacations

If you want to sleep on a bed that feels like concrete stay here. Horrible mattress that has no box spring that is literally placed on a sheet of plywood. Unbearable sleeping conditions. Slept on that bed 1 night and had to sleep on the couch for some type of comfort for the remaining 6 nights. Property does not care about your comfort. Also if you like hearing trains all night long and every noise from the unit above you also. Worst vacation ever because of this.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

This property was perfect for a girls trip to Nashville! We were close to all downtown hotspots and we felt so safe with locked building, garage and elevator. The house was decorated so cute and had all the amenities. Highly recommend
