We thought it was closer to downtown and Broadway. It’s not walkable. You need to take an Uber or Lyft.

It was kind of challenging when check-in, when online booking, shows parking available, but no details was given, till we made booking and received an email regarding the additional parking cost. We understood parking in the city is challenging and with cost, but there was no clear instruction on how to process, there was only one service person and busy, and their check-in desk is at 5th floor, many customers were starting to understand the process and associated cost, it should be a better and clearer way to allow customers more convenient to check-in without too much trouble.
