The hotel itself is a 10! The rooms, staff, and overall experience were excellent. However, the location was not ideal for us. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the main Broadway entertainment district, and the route includes some hills, which can be tiring, especially in the summer heat. The area around the hotel is quieter and more industrial/government-oriented than the lively Broadway tourist area. There are also bail bond offices and the downtown detention center nearby, which made us feel uncomfortable walking around at night.

My stay at this hotel was GREAT! The staff was amazing and super helpful… from check-in, roof top bar staff, breakfast staff, etc. The hotel is clean and modern, with outdoor spaces, coffee shop and rooftop.
