Don't mind the no frills at all. Nothing fancy but was very nice, comfortable and clean. Great for a one night stay. Odd that we had to empty our own trash but not a big deal since there wasn't much. I would still recommend.

We stayed here with our kids on a trip to watch the MLS game at Geodis Park. We were able to walk safely to and from the park, which was our primary goal in booking the hotel. The room was low frills but had everything we needed and made great use of space. The mattresses were a bit overly firm, but overall it was a great experience with a great bang for our buck. I am typically a bit of a hotel snob and wasn’t sure how this would turn out but I have no regrets and would absolutely stay here again. The area was safe and had great proximity to restaurants. Check in was a breeze, I had no issues.

We did not care for the area - a bit sketchy. The AC unit was loud and blew directly onto the bed. Very hard to sleep. Truck was emptying dumpsters loudly at 4am. Group of rough looking people also were hanging out in the parking lot. Not a pleasant experience!
