Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. We requested a fan which they were unsure if they had one. When we got back to our room, it was waiting on us. Very friendly environment. My wife left her purse, they located it immediately and had it to us within two days. Very clean environment

The room was clean. The facility was clean. The location is very convenient for accessing the Opryland Hotel and restaurants around the hotel. This wasn't our first time staying here and it won't be our last either.

Staff support was most definitely in need. Only 1 person at counter to do check in, questions, extremely slow. Transportation was so behind schedule the whole time, causing us to miss arrival times for activities that were time specific. We had to order uber instead when we specifically stayed at your location based on shuttle schedules to and from scheduled events. Smell in hallway and room was absolutely horrific. It was a cross between a very pungent chemical smell with a strong musky mold aroma enough to make your eyes water and we were with our 6yr old child. We all woke up with massive headaches, and very progressive deep coughs (ALL) of us. Tried to purchase water from vending machines and they were out of order. Last evening when we called down to get the shuttle schedule the staff gave incorrect information and we're completely clueless. We asked for a room change which apparently couldn't be accommodated yet, you were not sold out. The room toilet didn't work as well. When issues were explained there was no resolution, compensation, or concerns on your end. We have stayed here in the past and it was wonderful, but this visit was beyond awful and i would like reimbursement and we will be seeking urgent care as a family and this needs to be addressed as this is a medical chemical hazard that you have going on. 714-797-5467 Lindsey Palmer
