Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. Large, well equipped rooms and exceptional bathrooms. The dining room decor was not memorable and not inline with the beautiful architecture of the building.

The staff, amenities, location, and history sets the Hermitage apart. We had breakfast every morning at Drusie & Darr by Jean-Georges, and it was wonderful. If you’re into luxury, style, and heritage, then the Hermitage is for you.

I got a raw hamburger at the restaurant and when I check out the charged me 58.00 for parking in the garage. I didn’t have a car. I don’t expect those things not to be resolved before I leave to go home. Won’t stay there again

This is not only the best hotel in Nashville it is one of the very finest in anywhere. The hotel is beautiful but is is actually the staff that make it standout. The bellman and valet were particularly great. The front desk was awesome. Overall just a terrific stay. Even the general manager stopped by during cocktails to check in on our visit. Very first class experience.
