Frontdesk staff was polite, understood my security concerns and helped me get my bag to my room. I was taken back by the musty smell of the room and the bathroom stunk of urine. Not sure how Wyndham lists this property. Not sure why this property is on Hotel.com

The first room was dirty the bed looked like the covers wasn’t clean and had black hair all over them and had holed in the walls. The second room had dog hair all over the room bed and bathroom.

Hime away from home

I am a long haul truck driver and i have a layover in nashville every 10 to 14 days for 2 ir 3 days. I have been staying here fir more than a year. Winderful people. They even acceot my amazon packafes when i am on the road. Knowing that the packages will bebthere when i get to town is a wonderful thing. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Stopped here on a cross county trip with 2 dogs in tow. Rooms were clean & fine for an over night stay. The fridge & microwave were a bonus. It is RIGHT off the highway, which is super convenient but makes things a little noisier. We were on the back side of the building & slept fine but there was some highway noise. Staff was very friendly. Good stop overall

Friendly staff. Not a prime location, but we felt safe, and there are good restaurants, convenience stores, etc, very close. It wasn’t too far from downtown Nashville, as we attended a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater, and we found the distance and drive were not bad at all. We didn’t make it up for breakfast, but they do offer breakfast. The only concern I have is that the tile in the restroom is very slick with a polished finish, and there is no texture for traction. When my wife took a shower, water splashed out on the floor, and I slipped and almost fell backwards when I stepped in to hand her some shampoo because of the wet floor. Still, we liked the property, overall.
