I was not informed that there was no hot water. Unable to take a hot shower we had to wash up. I was awaken by loud water flowing through pipes sounds and I sounds of water dripping. Water was leaking in several areas from the ceiling. The carpet was soaked in a few different places. A few streams of water ran down through the outlet that the TV was plugged into. Water also leaked from the fire alarm system. A guy working at the front desk was extremely rude when I reported the issue. It was a nightmare

Margaret at the front desk was AMAZING! She provided our family with an exceptional level of customer service. I observed her interactions with other customers and she displayed that same tact and high-level of customer service and respect with every interaction. She continuously went to great lengths to make sure that customers felt valued, while helping and ensuring that any issues were resolved. She is a true professional and so pleasant to interact with. It is evident that she enjoys her job too. It is also so easy to observe that Margaret is compassionate, has pride in her work, truly wants to help and knows her job well, doesn’t hesitate to jump in and help, is people-person and an absolute asset at this hotel. Thank you for helping our family when we truly needed it! We also found this hotel to be comfortable, clean, quiet and having lots of options for breakfast at the free buffet. The pool was warm and the lobby was so inviting and spacious. The hotel was updated and modern. We loved our suite, found every spacious for a family of five and would highly recommended

Great experience. The staff was wonderful, especially the manager LeeAnn. Because of some unexpected circumstances we extended our stay another night and she was very helpful. Our room was clean and suited us well. The breakfast was well kept and had good variety. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool several times. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area

There were no extra sheets, blankets or pillows available in the room for the trundle bed. We called and ask for extras and we were told To Come get them ourselves. Same issue when we needed extra towels and wash cloths.

Room was nice, surprisingly spacious and modern. Bed was hard but most are. If you are not taking an early flight out, you may not be happy with all the noise at 3:30-4am. I was getting up at 5 anyway but man it was loud.

Staff was wonderful but hotel was lacking. Towels had stings hanging all over them and probably should have been retired ages ago. Not enough hot water to take a 10 minute shower- list water pressure then ice cold water for last 3-4 minutes. Not enough light in the bathroom

Stayed here due to an early morning flight the next day with a toddler. Friendly front desk staff, efficient, room was very clean and spacious! Airport shuttle was on time and quick too! Would stay here again :)

We stayed this place for 3 nights. We expected to get our room cleaned when we took off the sign on the door knob. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned. The front desk told us that they are so short staff in the hotel. We needed to request to clean our room.
