We had a wonderful stay. The house is very cute, clean, and well-decorated. We were disappointed that that the porch light signs did not work because the girls wanted to take pictures in front of it (as college girls do), but it did not affect our stay. It’s also walking distance to bars, shopping, and restaurants!

We had a great stay and the managers were very attentive. We were not prepared to hear the running around from the people in the other units, but we adjusted. The location was also wonderful if visiting Belmont or Vandy.

Fantastic location to Belmont & Hillsboro Village

Our family had a wonderful stay! We came to visit our son at Belmont University which was only a 5 minute walk. We also enjoyed walking around Hillsboro Village, which has great restaurants and boutique shops. We highly recommend Proper Bagel for breakfast. Worth the wait!

Great vibe

Great spot for big groups! Quick and easy to get to places via car/uber. Only complaint is that refrigerator is VERY loud. It’s not constant but makes loud noises enough to keep someone up at night. Not sure if it’s broken or what.

Great location and convenient to downtown. Very clean and cute. The thermostat wouldn’t get lower than 73 so it was warmer while sleeping that were used to but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Manager was quick to reply to questions during check in process!

High School Christmas Kick-Off

Accommodated our group perfectly. Eight high school friends (graduated over forty years ago) had home cooked meal in the unit, eating at the spacious table on bowls and plates from the cabinets. Then we all headed to Enchant Nashville to start our Christmas season. Afterwards, some drove back home to Kentucky and some stayed overnight, chatting late while sitting on the comfy couches! We’ll be back!!!
