We stayed here passing through on the way to Gatlinburg. The lady up at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming as soon as we came in the door! The room was clean and nice looking! Great place to stay!

Roaches in the bathroom (took pictures but I don’t see anywhere to put them here), staff had me go through three cards which were all from the same bank, very small room, TV did not work (had sound but no picture at all)

They need to vacuum the hallways more frequently and ventilate the rooms. The air conditioning smells musty. The beds are comfortable and the staff is attentive and friendly. The only drawback is that the rooms need fresh air.

The vent in the room wouldn’t adjust. It was so hot and smelled moldy. The kids (two under a year and a half) were already asleep by the time we started being affected by the moldy smell or we would’ve tried changing rooms.

Breakfast was good choices. Ckean rooms. A/c died in one of our rooms booked but replacement room was great. No hot water for shower at peak morning hours. Good beds. Noisy on freeway side.

My main issue was a light in the parking lot that was defective and “strobed” through my window. Curtains were closed, but still seeped through. Also, some pretty sketchy people were in the parking lot. As a single woman staying, I did not feel safe walking to the door from the parking lot. On the plus side, bed was comfy and the ac worked great! The room itself was clean.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was great to have a proper breakfast and there were restaurants nearby. Used uber and drivers said a good location to get to. Only issue the wifi was a little intermittent but okay for my stay.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

My small dog and I enjoyed staying here. Everything was nice and clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. It is close to many good restaurants and a grocery. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was pretty good too. They had more food than most. I didn't use the pool since I only stayed for one day/night but it looked nice and clean.
