Overall, I would stay again, but the check in process is frustrating. They didn't email very good information and it was confusing when it could've been explain much more simply. But the staff was helpful once we found the front desk. Also, the trash on the level we stayed on coming off the elevator smelled awful! They really should try to do something about it. But overall, it's a great place to stay. But if your mom tried to stay here, she may get frustrated because of the check in process.

I came for an overnight stay. The front desk staff was friendly and excellent. Only peculiar thing was I had someone gone to my door after check in time wanting to do a final walk through chiceking cleanliness. I refused them entry.

While the room was comfortable and roomy, it wasn't well appointed. There were many things we needed that were not available in this particular unit. We were able to reach out to the property staff at the desk to get a few of these things we needed.

Great rooms - overnight staff wasn’t helpful at all though when a bunch of guests were trying to get the elevator to come using the passcode. He basically ignored us, put his airpods back in and kept snoozing; awful !

Staffing was limited at the 'front desk". Communication was poor when checking in as we were not told of the code to ride the elevators. We were left 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and after asking twice to have a staff member bring it to the room we ended up needing to go to the desk to get it ourselves. area outside living room/sliding glass doors was an alley way with overflowing dumpsters. Your site showed the pool area with a bar area that was completely closed. Morning coffee as advertised was a 50 50 chance of having it (and again no staff at the so called front desk) to ask for coffee or anything else for that matter. More like an apartment building with no staff. Would NOT recommend.

Don’t stay here

Part of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the safety features it offered- secure parking and access code to enter the building. The secured parking gate was not functioning so it was tired up and open with a ratchet strap leaving it wide open for a car carrying four people who broke into at least 10 vehicles. Windows were shattered and many of us had property stole. Then the secure door to the building that you needed an access code to enter with never latched and anyone could walk right in. We address the issue with the front desk and unfortunately the manager wasn’t in but she would call or email us. Well it’s been over a week and NO ONE has returned any of our calls. We have called approximately 6 times and silence.
