If we could have had anymore things go wrong with this stay 😳. The first night upon arrival we discovered the pull out bed in the living room was broke. They offered an air mattress to put out there however there just isn’t room to put one out and take down and it’s really inconvenient. The next issue was the fridge quit working so the food we had was all warm and ruined. On the final night they brought us a mini fridge to use We were reimbursed a small amount for all the inconveniences but it didn’t make up for having to constantly deal with issues and trying to get the management company to communicate with us. I believe in the three nights we stayed the management was in the condo at least 3 times trying to fix things. Just not a great experience. .

I do not recommend booking this property. First of all, I booked because the listing stated “pet friendly”. The day before I arrived I received a confirmation email, and in that email it stated that pets were not allowed and if evidence was found I would be charged an additional fee. I spent that day and the next day, as I was traveling with my pet, trying to get clarification. They never gave me a definite answer so i brought my pet as planned. Second, pictures are not a true representation of the condo. Let’s just say they definitely know how to work the camera angles. It’s so small and does not fit 4 people whatsoever. Would be ok for 2 max. There is no closet for hanging clothing, they tried to argue with me when I questioned this after I arrived. There was one storage closet with a keypad and they tried to get me to break in it but couldn’t ever access. No ironing board as stated so we had wrinkled clothes from not being able to hang up. The communication was never followed through with, just left me waiting for answers…. When you book a vacation rental you expect more convenience, more at home feeling. Did not feel that at all. Wish I would have booked a hotel where I know I would have received the service I paid for. Would not recommend booking this property.
