A: The city collects the trash every Tuesday and recycles the 3rd Tuesday. You have to prepare the trash can by the front curb on Monday night and take it back to the side of the house on Tuesday

A: Change AC filters as scheduled, change batteries of the smoke and fire alarms, responsible for appliance fixations and mechanical issues (The guest should call if the alarms went off). The guest is responsible for changing the refrigerator filter if he would like to drink from it, the guest is responsible for changing the batteries of the front door keypad if he want to use it instead of using the regular keys.
