We have been staying at this pacific property since 2022, we come 2 - 3 times a year to visit family and vacation, we also check out properties while there we love Franklin. Thanks for making us feel at home and your housekeepers are just all amazing and so nice, hard working. And the breakfast every morning with Margo and (sorry forgot her name) the other wonderful woman is just amazing, so nice and will get you anything you want or need.

Very friendly staff & the rooms were clean - however, our room and furniture were leaning towards shabby & in need of a re-do. The pool area was great & the kids enjoyed it- however the spa/hot-tub was out of order. Breakfast was very nice.

Room was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was actually pretty good for hotel breakfast. Only thing was hot tub was out of service. Pool was cold for me. My kid was good with it though. Overall, we will be back! Bonus: the area is around the hotel is wonderful! Many walkable restaurants and an ice cream place!
