The description in here is not correct. Hair in shower, pillow cases dirty , no soap or shampoo, air conditioning was not functioning, room key not working, had to wait an hour outside to be let in front desk was not there and they did not answer phone, room smelled like someone just lit a cigar, and the guy who is front desk was never to be found

Ms. Gee was such a delight. Even though hotel is next to a train depot it was relatively quiet. Sounds I heard were good to help out me to sleep. Clean room.

The hotel had several broken down cars out front and the people coming out of the rooms seemed to live there/be extended visitors. My son and I were very uncomfotable and did not stay After we checked the room and my sons shoes appeared to stick to the floor we left. The room was clean, I tried to not be judgemental but I just couldnt chance it

Staff was very helpful in explaining our options for transportation to downtown Nashville. We overslept the day we were checking out and they were kind enough to allow us a little extra time for checkout. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The person who checked me in on Thursday 10/9/25 was not a pleasant person. He did not make me feel welcome to the hotel by any means. Quite frankly I was upset, then the fact that I had bugs in my room was disturbing. Very disappointing way to start a vacation getaway.

We left this hotel and booked elsewhere after 10 minutes. The bathroom was dirty, half of the lights and outlets were out of order, and the room smelled strongly of cleaning spray used to cover cigarette smoke. Wifi was not available, despite being advertised. Very disappointed.

Roaches, dirty, DO NOT RECOMMEND

There were roaches in the first room we were given, so we went to the lobby to inform management and they moved us to another room. The second room was nasty, a pair of dirty underwear in the bathroom, dead bugs under the sink, a terrible room all together. Management was informed of the dirtiness and we were sent a person from the front desk with a cloth and a bottle of cleaner, and he didn’t even clean the room. Wish we had read the reviews first before booking.

We had a terrible experience at this property. It started with check in. The guy checking me in had an earbud in and was on a personal call the entire time. I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or the person on the personal call. The remote in the room was missing its back and didn’t work. The area didn’t feel safe. We had someone randomly knocking on our door at 2am. The beds were comfy and the air worked, that nice.
