Found out why the place was $50 cheaper than the rest of the hotels, but if you’re there for a night and only in the room to sleep it’s kind of perfect. If you're planning on hanging out at the hotel spend the extra money on the La Quinta next door

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is a huge plus — the stadium is just around the corner, and downtown is very accessible: about a 25-minute walk or just a quick 5-minute Uber ride.

We’ve stayed here before. They are in the middle of renovating the stadium across the street so it’s a bit noisy, dirty and chaotic. It’s temporary but it’s there. The hotel itself is good with everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was great. She had a wonderful sense of humour. Our room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I’d stay here again as most of the negatives were beyond their control. The location is good to get downtown. It’s less than half hour away from broadway by foot which is super convenient. It’s reasonably priced and good value for dollar.

Very friendly at the front desk. Breakfast was quite good. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly (every other hotel overcooks their eggs BIG TIME). I will stay here again.
