Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place to Downtown, The Gulch, Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, Geodis Park and 12 South. The Home is on a residential street it has 3 bedrooms each with their own private bath 2 are ensuite bathrooms the other just outside the door

I'm here if you need me during your stay but give you privacy .

Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the charming neighborhood. Wander around the historic streets while the city sleeps, stop by grab your favorite from our local coffee shop, then head back for a morning at this private boho modern home.

We have a secure door entry code for each guest time based for check in and check out the code is unique to you . This code is sent out on check in day the morning you arrive.

My family and I had a great stay. The house was wonderful and warm and accommodating for exactly what we needed that week that we were there. Communication was really good and they were super helpful when we needed something. The street itself was good and felt safe, but definitely some sketchiness in the surrounding blocks and area. Not the best area for walking around the neighborhood at certain times, but super convenient to get anywhere we needed to get to by car. All in all another awesome Nashville stay.

Wonderful Stay!

This home was perfect for our group—a couple and two single travelers—giving us plenty of space to relax. We especially loved having the downstairs to ourselves as a couple. The house was beautifully remodeled, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was charming, with sidewalks that made it easy for me to go on a run each day. Plus, getting downtown for the SEC Tournament was a breeze with a quick Uber ride. Overall, it was the perfect location and an excellent stay. Highly recommend!
