The room was large enough however the sofa cushions were worn and stained. The hallway coffee and water bar was disfunctional for three days. I reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not resolved. Housekeeping came after 2:30 PM each day. This was the same time that we took our afternoon ‘break’. In general, staff was pleasant.

Clean room with thoughtful touches like glass refillable water bottle. Touch panel for shades, lights, sheers. Nice shower. Wonderful nespresso machine in the hall right outside the room. We had breakfast twice and it was cold or the wrong items and we were still charged $140 for it. Room was lovely and clean and most of the staff were helpful although not all! The rooftop bar staff especially Geoffrey were brilliant
