Very nice- few problems though-missing a guard rail in the mobility accessible shower- no plastic in the 2 tiny waste bins- given only 2 large towels even though we were a party of three- the water station on our floor was out of order

Really cool hotel with nicely done rooms. Great location. We walked to and from Broadway all weekend. They were renovating most of our floor but we didn’t really notice this as we were on the far other end. Cool restaurant and bars in the hotel. Appreciated the free appetizer Unfortunately, housekeeping was spotty…one day they didn’t come until 5pm. after being out all day, we were disappointed to see our rooms weren’t done. Overall would recommend the Noelle!

Room was small but nicer than average. Great location, although parking is extremely difficult. Main complain that really bothered us is they do not respect your privacy, and don’t bother paying for late check out. They disturb and knock on your door several times each morning, good luck sleeping in. If you pay for late check out they will knock on your door every 30 minutes anyways after normal checkout time. Very unprofessional.
