Welcome to Sherwood! Our quiet, spacious home nestled on an end road (no noise from through-traffic!) is the perfect getaway without sacrificing ease of access to your favorite places. Enjoy the sounds of chirping birds in the morning, then take a walk to Jim Warren park or be in Historic Downtown Franklin in minutes!

We've just recently built a new patio in the backyard - relax in the evenings under string lights and warm up next to the fire pit!

Our well-stocked kitchen will meet any cooking needs you have during your stay. We have every cooking appliance and kitchen tool you could need - and if you can't find something please ask, it's probably in a cupboard somewhere!

Our home features two queen beds and extra sleeping space as needed either on our comfy sectional couch or an inflatable air mattress.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Great for a weekend getaway!

Tyler’s place was great for a weekend getaway in Franklin! The place was clean and well stocked with whatever you would need. It was close to Main Street and other amenities, which was very nice!

Cozy house in a great location

The house was great, just as listed. Was a cozy place right in the heart of Franklin, not far from the soccer fields where we had a tournament. The house had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast there. I'd definitely stay here again!

We needed to be close to Downtown Franklin, and this property achieved that at a decent price point. It is obviously the owner's primary home, so it is well-stocked, and they share everything. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Aν οverall O.K. experience.

Wonderful Stay

Very nice property, conveniently located and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, the check in process was easy, Tyler was very nice and tried to think ahead of things we might need. The only suggestion I could offer would be to get a more substantial TV stand or to bolt the current one to the wall. The table it’s currently sitting on is very light and it would be really easy for a child to turn it over.
