🎈 Decorations — Celebrating something special? We love it! Just avoid glitter, confetti, and anything on the wallpaper. Remove all decorations before checkout and have the BEST time! 🎊

🤫 Quiet Hours — We have wonderful neighbors and we'd love to keep it that way. Please keep outdoor noise considerate during quiet hours. Thank you!

🚭 Smoke-Free Property — No smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. Please keep windows and doors closed if smoking outdoors. A $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors.
