The location is perfect for a weekend stay or a vacation. The property is close enough to the Nashville venues to walk or a short ride share. The property is also far enough away that you are not in a concrete jungle and hear incessant traffic noise. The communication with the host is outstanding. My inquiries were answered without delay. Definitely a repeat stay for the property is planned.

We had an amazing stay here during our trip to Nashville. The location is central to everything, including an easy walk to Nissan Stadium. The condo is exactly as described and located in a safe area. The bed and sleeper sofa were both very comfortable. The Dugout has all the comforts of home, with great furnishings and decor. Chris was so easy to work with and ensured we were well informed about our stay with consistent, clear communication. The personalized list of local favorite restaurants, categorized by area, was extremely useful. My mom and I also loved the addition of "welcome" snacks for our stay. Thank you for making our trip to Nashville memorable and seamless by allowing us to stay at The Dugout on 3rd!
