Mansion in Woods- Executive and Lovers Cabin

Summary:
Largest suite in the Mansion-in-the-Woods. King bed, his and her toilets and vanities. Shower and soaking tub with 5 ways to get wet (6 if you are creative). Large windows with forest views. En-suite kitchenette. Huge walk-in closet for 2! Optional common areas. Mansion contains three suites so you could meet others in common areas unless reserved for your exclusive use. Hiking trails start outside your door. You agree to move to another suite if a party rents the entire Mansion. Sorry no pets.

The Space:
Large bedroom in gorgeous mansion in woods with spiral staircase and enough space to get lost in.

Guest Access:
You have the entire suite to yourselves, Common areas of the house include full kitchen, entertainment room, library, dining room available at an additonal fee. Exclusive rental of such rooms is an option. Contact us with your request as to which rooms desire to add to your rental and whether you would like to have exclusive use for specific days/nights during your stay. The Mansion contains two other suites, so you may meet other couples in common areas if not reserved for your exclusive use. Common areas include large family/rec room with TV and bar, full entertaining kitchen, large dining room, library and all outdoor porches, screened and unscreened. Walk to private pond located down the hill, or walk down Peach Orchard Hollow to the Farm. All Fork Inn guests may walk our large trail system and visit Lake Gratitude and the Lake Pavillion.

Documented permission and payment of any related fees is required before you may invite non-lodging guests on the premises. Trespassers will be treated as such.

The Neighborhood:
This Lodging is part of the Fork Inn, which lies at the beginning of a pristine creek within a gorgeous isolated valley. All Fork Inn guests may walk around Lake Gratitude, explore miles of hiking trails and creek, and use our stock-tank pools at the farm shelter or small in ground pool at the Gateway Farmhouse (3 miles away).

Enjoy biking, hiking, canoeing, massage, yoga and more! Nearby Big East Fork Farms downstream provides organic produce.

We are located 20 miles from downtown Nashville, 8 miles from historic Franklin (old time Main Street, fancy restaurants, boutique shopping), 7 miles from Leiper's Fork (Distillery tours, Fox & Locke Live Music - don't miss Thursday night's open mic) and light years away from the stress of city life. The Fork Inn is part of a 2000-acre Conservation easement and features a 8-acre lake, miles of creek, and many meadows and hiking trails. There is bicycle and walking access onto the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway within a mile. We are adjacent to the Center for Sustainable Stewardship with has many hiking trails, bicycles, and an organic farm. Meet Rosie the Donkey, Winston the cow, and the piggies !

Getting Around:
Your own vehicle is highly recommended. Uber and Lyft serve. There is also a local livery service.
