To be honest, the property itself was fine. Not bad, not great, but fine.- my room was clean and that's the most important thing to me. However, the customer service was APPALLING. I arrived to check in and was told that they were overbooked and that they didn't have a room for me. No apology, just matter of fact and RUDE. I said that is UNACCEPTABLE- and somehow they "miraculously" found me a room, for which I was grateful. But still no "we're sorry for your inconvenience" or anything of that sort. I was so tired from travelling I just accepted it and went to my room. I should have probably found a different hotel.
The next day I went to purchase a bottle of water at the front desk, and when they asked me for my room number, they told me I was giving them the wrong room number. Ummmm, I literally just came from the room. It was like they didn't believe me. So I mentioned what happened when I checked in, and this guy couldn't care less. After about 10 minutes of him trying to figure this out, he says, "do you actually have stuff in your room?" I didn't even know what to say to that. Eventually he let's me purchase the bottle of water... still no "thank you" or apology or the total unorganization.
This was the WORST hospitality I have ever received and you couldn't pay me to stay here again.
