Your safety and peace of mind is our top priorities. For your protection and the security of the property, we have installed two external security cameras in front of the property.
Please Note:
Privacy First: There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.
Recording: These cameras record video/audio of the exterior perimeters to ensure a secure environment during your stay.
A Quick Note on Security: We utilize exterior cameras to keep our property and guests safe. Please ensure they are not tampered with or covered during your stay. Per our house rules, any interference with security equipment may lead to an immediate termination of the booking.
HOUSE RULES & EXPECTATIONS
To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following:
No Pets Allowed: To maintain our rooms and ensure an allergen-free environment for all families, we have a strict no-pet policy.
Primary Guest: The individual who made the reservation must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.
Parties: We allow small gathering of 10 - 15 people. There will be an extra fee for any gathering of more than 15 people.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
Toiletries: While we provide a starter pack of soaps and paper products, please remember to bring your own personal toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes etc.
Please note that any violation of these policies is grounds for additional charges or summary eviction without a refund.
