From the thoughtfully curated textures and prints featured in each room, to the sweeping rooftop view of the skyline, there's so much to love about this gorgeous space. Located in the convenient Cleveland Park area of East Nashville, you'll be be minutes from noteworthy neighborhood hotspots and the magic of Downtown Broadway.
★Layout★
The first floor consists of the garage and a queen bedroom with full en suite bathroom. The second floor consists of the living space, dining space, and kitchen space, including a sectional sofa, round table seating for 6, bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen island and a half bathroom. The third floor consists of a guest room with a queen bed, a separate full bathroom with tub, a primary bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom and shower, and stackable washer and dryer. The fourth floor consists of a guest bedroom with twin bunk beds and a twin daybed with trundle, full bathroom with shower, and a patio deck facing a view of downtown.
★Parking★
Please park in the garage. There are two spaces available.

Located in a sought after pocket of vibrant East Nashville called McFerrin Park, you'll be just blocks from some of Nashville's best restaurants...The Pharmacy and Red Headed Stranger, just to name a few. You'll be just down the street from East Nashville's Five Points area, and only 5 minutes from Downtown with easy interstate access to tons of other great neighborhoods.
★House Rules★
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of East Nashville, you`ll be less than 2 miles from tons of East Nashville staples, such as the bustling Five Points area, the Pharmacy Beer Garden, Southern Grist Brewery, Red Headed Stranger, Top Golf & Titans Stadium just to name a few. When you`re ready to venture to downtown broadway, hop in the car for 10 mins (or 3.7 miles), and experience all the nightlife that Music City has to offer!

Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home!

We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver. It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay. The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior.
