Walkable to Germantown's coffee shops, wine bars, and live music, our townhouse has more than sixty guest reviews behind it. Three thousand square feet run over three floors, the second-floor great room holds the kitchen, dining, and living space around a fireplace, and every bedroom has its own ensuite. A morning walk to brunch and an evening around the rooftop fire pit make an easy day of it.

Our townhouse stacks by floor, which is how the group spreads out. The great room sits on the second floor under high ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling windows in Ibiza curtains and the kitchen opening straight into the living room and fireplace. Conveniently, there's one king suite on the first floor, one king on the third, and a queen bunkhouse group suite next to the rooftop terrace, each with a TV, a workspace, and its own ensuite bathroom. The Bunk House is our primary room, four queen beds with city views from the top bunk and a double glass shower in its bathroom.

Our rooftop terrace runs 800 square feet, and it is where groups spend the night. A pergola strung with canopy lights covers the lounge seating and daybeds, the fire pit sits out for late drinks, and the kitchenette handles cooking without anyone going back downstairs. An outdoor dining table seats the group for meals outside, with the skyline in front of you the whole time.

Guest Access
You have exclusive use of our entire townhouse for the length of your stay, including the second-floor great room, all three bedrooms, and the 800 sq ft rooftop terrace with its fire pit, pergola, and lounge seating. Self check-in with a smart lock, code sent before arrival. Private non-garage parking is on-site, with free no-permit street parking out front and plenty of spaces.

• No smoking inside, though we have three smoking decks and the rooftop if you need to step outside
• Pets welcome, please let us know before you book

FAQs
• Exterior security cameras at the entryway for property security. No interior cameras anywhere inside our townhouse.
• Three floors of stairs between the entry, the great room, the bedrooms, and the rooftop, with no elevator. Worth knowing if anyone in your group would rather not take them.
• Our rooftop sits above neighboring townhouses, so we ask that voices carry quietly up there after dark.
• Broadway is 1.3 miles out. Walkable for some groups, though most guests take a short Lyft or Uber.
• Professional cleaning between every stay, with fresh linens and towels ready when you arrive.
