The room was nice. Shower was wonderful and the bed was great. We were located directly across the hall from 2 elevators…. But everything was quiet. And the best part? The breakfast was excellent!

The room was clean and in good condition. Rahman, the only staff member i spoke with staff was discourteous and wanted to spend time speaking with friends rather than tending to guests. He had to reset the lock on my room door and lied sbout what he did onstead of staring the obvious.

Communication was lacking. Given wrong breakfast hours, road was closed in front of the hotel and no room service on Thanksgiving. Recommend that staff provide correct information and be more transparent when there are disruptions in service. Also, staff need to be more friendly and accommodating. They had a just deal with it attitude. Plenty of other options in that area. I’ll choose different next time.
