The Space:
This home is brand new, newly furnished, three story, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home.
Each of the 4 bedrooms features beds ranging from twin size to king.
There are 4.5 full bathrooms. In addition to the huge walk in shower and a huge vanity so they are perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town! There is also a bathroom with a tiled shower and tub surround.
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy too - Uber eats, door dash and Postmates are all popular food delivery apps.
Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
