I was not aware of the charge for the parking, my error for not looking closely at the site. Also, I had recently broken my back in an auto accident and told the desk clerk that I didn’t know my license plate number and is it really necessary to list it or is the make and model and state enough. I was told that I had to go out and get the information. I told the clerk of the injury and I was having a hard time walking at the time. It didn’t seem to matter to them. I stay at IHG often, and have never been required to go back out to get the information.

I will give this property a 4 out of 5. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was ok didn't try the breakfast cause it was a fee and I found a better breakfast close by. I didn't like that I had a issue with the payment process but it was still a nice weekend stay

The staff was very friendly and but what really stuck out to me, and not in a good way, was the food. Needed to go out and get breakfast at another restaurant and I don't even get me started on the lunch/dinner menu. Needless to say, nice hotel but plan on eating elsewhere.
