The condition of the interior in our room was aged...the finish on the door handles were chipping or rubbed off, the carpet was dirty and sticky and there were silverfish and spiders in the bathroom. The lobby was nice but didnt have much available in the kiosk. We needed to use the public computer in the lobby to find a restaurant and it was incredibly slow. Great parking and our experience at this Holiday Inn was good, probably would not stay here again.

Overcharged for Breakfast

When I made this reservation, I chose the option of breakfast for 2, for myself and my wife. When checking in at the hotel, the receptionist stated that I had only paid for one breakfast, which was not even an option when reserving the room for 2 adults. I showed her the Hotels.com app showing “breakfast for 2” or “no extras” being the only options. She said I would have to contact Hotels.com about this. She went on to say if I wanted breakfast for 2 people, I would have to pay an additional fee. I will avoid this hotel.
