We greatly enjoyed our overnight stay here. It was super clean. The staff was amazing and it was very convenient to the airport. We will be staying again when we come back to pick up our family member. I highly recommend this hotel.

We we're left at the airport with no shuttle arriving. Called three different numbers used 4 different prompts. All call busy sognal or disconnected. After pressing 0, the person was condescending and then hung up when I tried to explain where i was to get instructions for shuttle. Never have I had such poor treatment.

One of the best hotel stays of my U.S. travel. Will never stay there again due to added charges after checkout. They will add an additional parking fee after you check out. Even when the checkout receipt shows a parking fee wa charged. They didn't even know whether I drove or took a ride share into the hotel for the one night stay. They will refuse to refund the added fee. Good thing for credit card chargeback.

I like the airy lobby with nice high ceilings and the free breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Good service and they have beer and sodas u can buy at the concierge portion of the lobby. U didn’t have to drive out. Enough parking for many guests. Affordable rates too.

This place was very convenient and comfortable

One of the reason I book the hotel was because of the outside pool to my disappointment the pool was dirty and green you can tell it was at one time a very nice place to chil at the pool but it was bitty not taking care of .the rooms were half way clean the bathroom was dirty around the tub and the floor at the tub

Crappy hotel

The pool was disgusting and green, full of algae. Couldn’t swim. My room had a leak, black mold. My clothes were soaking wet from the leak. Smelled like old dirty musty bleach. Stains on the pillow case, curtains. Toilet barely flushed. Tub took a long time to drain. Some of food seemed reheated from previous morning breakfast. Will not return.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The shuttle driver wss great. The hotel is clean and quiet. The only things that weren't great were the pool, which was a bit greenish, and the fire pit area that had people's trash all around. It was like thst when we arrived and still like that this morning. Not very enticing to go sit there.
