The general cleanliness was poor. The gym was disgusting. The weights were so gross I wouldn’t even pick them up. The console area on the treadmill was full of gunk. There are a lot of hotels on the same street, this one should not be anyone’s choice.

The Hotel was great the staff were friendly the employee working the front desk had us park in the front of the building due to the organized vehicle break ins that were happening . I think a secured gated lot may be best.

Got charged but didn’t stay

I originally booked this stay through hotels.com (or so I thought). When I got off the plane I realized that I never got a confirmation email (and there was nothing in the app). After trying to contact the hotel for an hour and repeatedly getting hung up on, and checking my email (including spam) & app again, I assumed I didn’t complete my booking and rebooked at another holiday inn express in town (this one was now fully booked). The next morning when I checked my email I had a message from hotels.com asking how my check in was at this hotel. I called the hotel again (got through) and explained the situation. They said they did not have a booking in my name. I also contacted hotels.com to make sure I wasn’t getting charged for 2 hotels. They told me they would work it out. I just got an email saying the hotel manager was not going to work it out an I was getting charged anyway, even though according to their staff member I did not have a reservation. So now the cost of my lodging for the weekend has doubled.
