The room was spacious. Extra chairs. Lots of linens. Close to "everything". All of this was great. I didn't care for all the "extra" charges for parking, internet and continental breakfast. I'd prefer a "package" deal, like most hotels.

The air conditioner was a little on the noisy side. We were on the 3rd ave side of the hotel which there is a fire station just up the road from the hotel. We were woken up 5 times one night by the sirens and a couple of times another night. We were with friends that had a room on the opposite side of the hotel and they did not hear them at all.
