Hilton suites bailed us and many others out after the ice storm in Nashville. We are still without power and the hotel could not be more accommodating, kind, and helpful. If this is the level of service they give when they are shortstaffed, I can’t imagine how wonderful it is during a normal stay.

The hotel staff was very kind, from the front desk, to the restaurant and the executive room for breakfast. Chris in the executive room was very sweet. Also our waiter at the restaurant Friday evening went the extra mile to serve us well. The room was cleaned every day and very comfortable.I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was not opened.. Expedia did not show this was the case. My littlest loves pools during travel and I would have not booked if I known it was closed. Staff was great but the place seemed old and run down. Also had a dirty glass in room and a stink bug.

I love this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, and the lobby area is light and spacious and perfect for gathering as a group. The only negative is they charge for parking, which is very odd to me.
