We had a great stay. I highly recommend. The room is very comfortable and you can't beat the location if flying out of BNA. We were at security within 2 minutes of check out. We had a great meal in the restaurant as well.

Was only there for 12 hours to catch a flight. Basically there long enough to sleep. Didn't use breakfast or any of their services. The next day had an extra charge. Almost impossible to find a number to contact hotel to dispute the charge. At first were told it was something from the bar then it was the water in the room. How many other people do you charge for water that never use this. Is this just another way to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
