Room was way outdated and old. We didn't get maid service until our last day. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels all the time. The breakfast was not like the Hampton Inn & Suites that I am used to.

I've stayed here before for business and this time around it was a couples weekend. The hotel is clean, in a great area, and has a decent breakfast. This time around I was very aggravated with the pillows on the bed. There were 4 standard size flat pillows on a king size bed. Seriously who does that? If it wasn't for a late check in and we were all ready for bed, the front desk would've had a call.

I would give a five star review, but I can’t because the morning I left, the maid was cleaning the room across the hallway from me and left the door open. She was on her cellphone having a VERY LOUD conversation and this went on for about 20 minutes. Very annoying, as I couldn’t even hear the TV up in my room. I finally opened my door and asked her to keep it down. Hopefully Management will have a conversation with the cleaning staff about the noise level. Especially since others were probably still sleeping. Other than that, this is a nice place to stay, in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping around.

This property is being renovated and we were not made aware of that when booking. Matter of fact the construction entry point for the floor above us is right above our room. Loud construction noises until 8:00 pm then back in the AM. Manager said they couldn’t move us.
