It was ok not great. Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed irritated to help you. The breakfast set up particularly the coffee was watery, there was nothing healthy and needed more variety. As well, noticed that the furniture, carpets and walls were chipped and in need of an upgrade.

We stayed 7 days so the rooms weren't cleaned or linens changed daily or every other day. I made our bed daily. We did have clean towels every other day. The thing that bothered me the most was how dirty the windows were while sitting on the couchs looking out at the scenery. The maids and breakfast staff did not understand english, trying to explain I had a severe pepper allergy and needed to know what was in the breakfast foods was a bit frustrating. I loved the desk staff that greeted me when when I came back from a morning out shopping or a dinner out. The gentlemen at the desk at night always made me feel safe.

Parking garage was connected to the hotel; upon entering, staff is right there , extremely helpful and welcoming, great location in downtown Nashville, A/C was perfectly cool, room was clean and well stocked. Definitely !

Area was great, lots of restaurants nearby and safe and easy walk to downtown. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options. Only minor complaint was pillows were super thin and basically flat so neck was a little stiff in the morning.
