Staff at check in around 4 pm on oct 25 was amazing!! Person at checkout at 9:30am oct 26 was not! She did not want to be bothered bc she was on her phone, rolled her eyes when i asked for a receipt please, handed it to me saying notbing!! Rolled her eyes again. Not one word from her the whole time! I did not catch her name.

The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had a hotel. This hotel was much nicer than the Holiday Inn Express across the street that I stayed at last time I was in this area. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, but it was closed due to renovations. That should have been posted on Expedia before I booked the room.
