The air conditioning is too cold, and when turned off made the room too hot - but this is common for most hotels. I never had a remote for the television, they offered to switch rooms, but that was too much of a complication as well so that would not have worked.

Horrible Hampton Inn

Hotel does not meet standards for a Hampton Inn. When you walk in the front desk and lobby are very aged and do not look clean. There is no air conditioning in the hallways and you can smell must and mold. I have a severe mold allergy and heart condition we stayed one night but I noticed my breathing was suffering. The breakfast was horrible: food cater only to a Muslim diet - no bacon - no pork sausage : eggs were cold : coffee was burnt - after adding cream it was gray and tasted horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were looking forward to going in the pool and it was closed for maintenance. One of the elevators was not working and the hotel and rooms were old and dingy. And Expedia said it was 8.8 excellent. I absolutely disagree.
