We always enjoy our stay here. It is our go to spot when we visit the area. The rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable (which is not my usual opinion at other places), hotel is clean and orderly. They have a larger than usual selection in their little market, and while the breakfast is your standard fare, it always tastes a bit fresher here than other places. Plus logistically is great. Right across the street is Walmart, restaurants, harbor freight, and more. Yet you don't run into traffic issues. It's a straight shot to the highways or downtown Ashland City.
