Valet was great, most of the staff was great and the cleanliness was great. One of the reasons I chose the Grand Hyatt was for the roof top bar and pool, both of which were closed at some point for a private party, which was frustrating, and I wish I had known prior to booking, or at least my arrival. The lobby bartenders appeared to be overwhelmed and/or frustrated and never so much as smiled at anybody in my group. The room was very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job, however the mattress was vary hard and pillows were so soft, it was as if your head fell thru it and was lying on the mattress itself. I wouldn't rate is my stay as "bad", but there was room for improvement. It was not as pleasant as my stay at the Cambria last year.
