We just stayed for the night. Weren’t worried about the surrounding area. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Took a long time to get checked in, as there were issues with the guest ahead of us reservation. There was only one clerk on duty so had to wait an extra long time.

This was the first time staying at a Glo and Best western of any type in awhile but I’d highly recommend it . The place was very nice and worth the stay . Very friendly staff and good for the price .

This is very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Best Western Nasheville! Breakfast has a great variety and it is until 10:00. The decor is very cool! Did I mention how clean this place is?! Highly Satisfied!

Room for improvement

The room was ok and the beds were comfortable. The frig was warm when we checked in and started working after I fiddled with it. The tv remote had several buttons that didn’t work; front desk only changed the battery to no help. Our room wasn’t cleaned the second day of our stay.The shower door wouldn’t close tight so water leaked out onto the floor. I expect a much better room from Best Western if this chain wants to keep my loyalty.
