Our family home is located in Hope Gardens, a beautiful urban neighborhood within walking distance to the Farmer's Market, The TN State Museum (free to the public!), Bicentennial Park, Germantown (& it's many amazing restaurants), North Gulch, Nashville Sounds ballpark & more! About 1 mile from downtown!

Our home is the perfect spot to call home while you are visiting Nashville.
It is a two story, four bedroom home with an open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a meal at home but close enough to walk to some of Nashville's best restaurants & coffee shops. Living room has a large flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix & a BluRay DVD player. There is a bedroom with king size bed and a full bath on the first floor.

There are three additional bedrooms and a second full bath on the second floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, a desk & TV.

Pack 'n play & air mattress are available, upon request.

Outside, you'll enjoy a covered dining area that seats 10 along with a sunny rear deck and fully fenced in yard.

Pets are permitted with approval. Contact us for details about our pet fee before you book. If you bring a pet without prior approval, you will be charged a $200 pet fee per pet.

Check out instructions are in the guest folder & should be followed to avoid additional cleaning fees. Guests who do not follow check out instructions & leave a mess will be required to pay for additional cleaning services.

Amazing house, amenities, space, and location! Group of 6 military friends in for the weekend, plenty of house. Close to everything! Will definitely stay again! Molly was so gracious that she took the time to mail a package out to us that had been delivered by Amazon after we had checked out. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding spot to land in if you're there to catch all that there is downtown with the added bonus of the Farmer's Market and TN State Museum. Easy to get to from the airport and easier still to get downtown. Molly was kind enough to answer all of my emails. The house had everything we needed - I mean everything. We'd come back!!

Great place, very clean in a great location. We loved that it was walkable to the Farmers Market, Old Town Trolley, Sounds games and restaurants in Germantown. It had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals on the patio. I especially enjoyed the library.

The location is absolutely perfect, within a mile from everything downtown. We never even bought groceries and just ordered food delivery as it was so convenient to all major restaurants! Wonderful fenced in property for your fur baby. The owners are so friendly and make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We love this home and will definitely return.

Beautifully appointed home!

We had such a lovely stay at Molly’s family home. The place had absolutely everything we could have wished for, and all of us were very comfortable- even our dog! Location was terrific, near the farmer’s market and a short drive from most sites. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! We would absolutely love to return.

Perfect stay

Great house centrally located to anything/everything we wanted to do. Four bedrooms, three upstairs, one downstairs and just perfect for four women and our dogs. We all had privacy as we wanted/needed, but a fully fenced yard to hang with the dogs and a nice central area for meals and planning. Well equipped kitchen, convenient laundry. Everything was lovely. The chalkboard was awesome for leaving messages where we were and what we planned to do each day as well! :)

Described Perfectly!

Pics are just like the home! The location is spot on…1 mile or 1.5 mile from downtown Nashville! But the home is located in a quiet neighborhood and I could forget I was so close to Nashville. I was able to walk my Service Dogs every morning and so did other people. Running, or walking at the Bicentennial Park is beautiful and people are soooo friendly I loved it.

Great home for family’s! A lot of room, great location, comfy beds and toys, books and games. We had a couple of small things happen that were not in the hosts control. They were quick to respond and help with the issues. Will definitely try to stay here again!

The home was well supplied and easily housed my young family. Location was close to the city to do all the attractions but neighborhood was quiet and not busy. The rental is great for families and was decorated like an actual home with an impressive book collection, board games, toys that kids will love. Highly recommend for families.
