My toilet was broke on night one and when I left to go out at 5 PM, I asked if someone could look at it. The guy working the desk said, well that’ll be me cause no one else is here. when I got back he said he had fixed it and it was all set. That evening, my toilet flooded two times and each time I went to the front desk to get some towels and garbage bags to clean up. They handed me what I needed to clean and said that they would send maintenance up in the morning. I had to DoorDash cleaning supplies because they said they had none available, only towels and trash bags. I left the next day early and return back late in the evening and asked the person working the desk, were they able to fix the toilet? He said I have no idea. When I got into my room, there was a note in the bathroom that said the issue had been corrected. The issue was not corrected. Aftet the first night there I went to the desk and spoke with Jackson who introduced himself as the general manager. He never really offered any help or an alternative to staying in that room, except he send maintenance up. He was short, rude, and acted like he was being put out by having to handle the situation. Beware if you stay in room 204 because when I checked out, the toilet is still broke.

all good except when we arrived at Fairfield Marriot expedia had not paid Fairfield.. so we had to wait 30 minutes to get our room until all things got resolved. After driving more than 13 hours from Toronto to Nashville it was annoying and upseting. thank you

I really liked the shuttle service to Broadway, Nashville I didn't like housekeeping services ; they are supposed to come every other day, but for three days they didn't com to my room at all. We had to empty our own trash, The room smelled very damp

The staff at the hotel were great. They were welcoming and helpful when we checked in. My biggest issue with the room is the ventilation. We were in one of the suite. The room felt really stuffy despite the air conditioning being on. When you got out of the shower there was no air circulation at all. There was no airflow or working vents in the bathroom and it was extremely hot and stuffy. The room appeared to be clean, so there was no issues there. The breakfast was OK with your standard foods like waffles, eggs, sausage, both turkey and pork, and some muffins and toast. Overall, it was a decent stay. The surrounding areas is mostly other hotels, but the Opry is about three minutes away, and there are some restaurants around.

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was great! The pool water was cold in September. Overall great stay. The room fridge has a 4 hour timer-not functional when you count having to start it up, get it cooled down then it kicks off again. They need to take them out of the rooms entirely or take the timer feature off the unit.
