So overall, not a terrible experience. But not ideal or even enjoyable. it was the little things that morphed into bigger issues. Room was by the pool (above) and while summer, no one monitored the actual closing time to make sure loud teenagers were not in the pool at 11:30pm. That we could have lived with to be honest. Enter parking. Mandatory valet. The issue was that even going down an extra 30 minutes ahead of the time we needed to leave each day srill made us late to class because it took them so long to get our car. Next our credit card was hot multiple times for random charges by valet service. Imagine the surprise after we paid total bill when they had no record of our car at one point. Not to mention the mail we began to receive from a parking service charging us for oven ight parking. What? How is that even possible. In the end we were charged, charged again and then again. It’s been months since we stayed and we still had to stop and call the parking and the hotel to get it straight. IN SEPTEMBER. We stayed in JUNE. Only redemption for them is they had good breakfast and very sweet housekeeping staff. This is an annual trip and next year we will be looking elsewhere. Bummer the location was perfect. Maybe they have this handled but buyer beware.

Slightly disappointed

The staff was great! We had to be moved to a new room halfway though our stay due to the door lock dying and no water in our shower. The second also has terrible water pressure in the shower.

Overall the hotel was cool. The drawback was the toilets are extremely loud, from the flush to hearing water rush down the pipes. Also, it is way too expensive ($40 p/d) to valet and then it being an expectation to tip the valet crew. Otherwise, I’d give it a thumbs up.

This is a newer modern hotel close to Centennial Park. I loved the free breakfast buffet and the rooftop infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. Just note that you must use the Valet Parking at $38 per nightly stay. This is an additional cost not included in your room bill.

Not my best experience.

Mybroom was not ready upon arrival and I arrived well after check in. Front desknstaff at this time was rude and sassy, very unprofessional head movements. Then upon checking into room, the room was dirty and not stocked with what is normally in the room. There was noticeable trash in the floor. I frequent this particular hotel. 2nd bad experience, unfortunately.

Loved our stay. Easy access to where we were going. Very clean and neat. Loved the patio area which we used nightly. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink had no water pressure and depending on when you took a shower, you could start out with great water pressure and even in the middle of the shower it could go to barely a drizzle from the shower head. We were on the 6th and top floor however that was disappointing during shower time.

The most important thing to me when staying at a hotel is cleanliness and Element hit the mark. I felt incredibly comfortable sitting in the chairs, sleeping in the bed, using the sinks. I appreciated having filtered water available to drink in my room. I even liked the shower - it was clean, wide, easy to use, and hot! Mostly, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk folks to those keeping the breakfast area clean & stocked, to the fantastic valet team, service is top-notch. A special shout-out to the valet team as I'm sure they might not get recognized much, but this team was professional, quick & efficient, and most of all, very friendly & welcoming. Each valet I interacted with was delightful. I will be recommending this hotel to our team for all our Nashville visits.

Overall a good stay but we could hear the people above us the entire stay. The valet fee is ridiculous and really should be complimentary for guests. The location was nice, staff friendly, and rooms clean.
